DAYNA

Business owner and creative director Dayna has been in the beauty industry for 17 years. Starting with a Diploma of Therapeutic massage, she knew this was the industry for her and went on to complete her beauty Diploma. Dayna is devoted to providing a high quality service and pampering all her clients. As the owner of Cloud9 her goal is not only to give her customers a professional and friendly service, but also to provide quality and results.

ALEX

Alexander has been in the hair & beauty industry for the last 15 years and comes with a wealth of knowledge. He has been accredited as an international stylist working all over the world on cruise ships for many years. Alexander specialises in all things colour and styling but has been a blonde specialist for the past 8 years. His undying passion for his clients and the industry makes him a key element in the Cloud9 salon.

Cloud 9 Hair & Beauty Retreat, formerly known as Charmed Hair & Beauty, was opened in September 2018 and from the first day we were determined to create a space that welcomed people in a happy and friendly way.

We are dedicated to ensuring our staff are top quality and well trained, that listen well, are creative and have a real passion for what they do.

We are constantly striving to improve both technically and with our customer care to create excellence in all our service areas.

Cloud 9 is a family-owned business that really cares about its clients.  We want you to enjoy every visit, every time and to really relax and take a breath when you enter our salon.
